    The snow pics are Feb. 8th.

    The seasonal pond and iced over river pics are Feb. 15th.

    The river jumping the bank and lapping at my deck pics are this morning, Feb. 17th.

    Great views. Has the water crested, or is it expected to get any higher?

    We have the Tualatin River out the back of our house, but we sit well above it (with a big, but steep green space between us and the river). The river has come up quite a bit, but the houses just down the hill from us (and to the west) are just fine.

    My son says it rose another 6" or so yesterday while I was out. The 2 big trees by my deck have wet spots about 2" up the base of their trunks. It's back to the level in the pics now. It came within inches of this high in 2008, but this is the highest since 1999, and then 1964 was of course the record.
