Latest tweet: other guy played in Sochi

    That should narrow it down

Issue with Detroit is who could it be like you say Prod. And this comment from Boomer:

-He has “major” respect for the player coming back

means it must be someone who is known somewhat at least, so I wonder who it is, and what team it is.

Maybe they wanted St Louis since he's similar to Mza.

I keep going back to Washington who we have played a lot in the playoffs and Chimera. However, they are no lock to be a playoff team. Watch, they bring Gaborik back here. LOL.

How about this. Callahan for Hartnell. He's got a 4.75 cap hit for the next 5 years. That's a heck of a lot better than 6 or 7 million for Callahan.

I think it has to be a lesser guy than a St. Louis. Why would Ranger fans be upset by that? Plus I dount TB deals their heart and soul captain as they move into playoff time.

A guy from Sochi. So that should mean solid player worst case. Maybe a Swede. We should know by Tuesday worst case I'd think.

If we're doing this strictly off of Boomer, Hartnell is one of the guys he nixed. Him and Simmonds not it.

Maybe it would have been Gaborik on the Olympics if he wasn't hurt. I can see this.

He said no Gabby. And cannot see St. Louis.

Must be an Olympian, so Chimera is out.

This is strictly off Boomer. He usually has a good inside guy. So I trust what he is saying if the deal happens.

I think there's still a decent chance we grab Gabby at a slight discount this offseason, no need to trade for him

-The team is in the East

He did not say no Hartnell. That is possible.

He said no to Simmonds (too bad I like him):

    -It is not Wayne Simmonds

it would be great if something substantial would be reported, speculation is the worst game to play. Too many possibilities to rattle in the brain. Why doesnt boomer just say the name?

Issues with Hartnell are he's going to be 32. Has a real long deal. And would we really deal Cally to a team we are neck and neck with in our division?

More I think about it, I cannot see it being Hartnell.

Oh wow I thought he did say no to Hartnell. But if it's a Sochi guy then it wont be him. Plus I'm not sure if Boomer has "alot of respect" for Scott Hartnell haha
