The board has changed already. That didn't take long.

Denny if you the one in charge of this board your bullshit the other day really screwed this board up, You defended trolls using multiple SNs & did nothing to back up the members that have been loyal to this board & have helped make it successful. You've been rude, crude, insulting & basically an over all ass. And because of it I already see the volume of threads, posts & posters subsiding.

Trueblue, if you're the man in charge do yourself & the future history of this board a favor...........................Get rid of Denny.

One last question Denny, just out of curiousity. If I'm booted, I'm booted but I just gotta ask, You've had this site for 7 years, over 42.000 posts and yet you really don't care about keeping this thing together & doing what you can to keep the posters you have. Why? I mean if you're tired of it just hand it over to someone else.

And as far as suppying a link No Denny I wouldn't do that, Out of respect to the board I wouldn't do that. And THAT'S! where you & I differ. And just for the record I've NEVER been booted off any board. Good luck to you.

 

What Anti-gay threads? They're called OPINIONS Denny, like assholes, EVERYBODY has one. And you're talking about ONE (1) over sensitive poster (ricky Spireal) who because no one would agree with him got all flustered, took his ball & went home. And yes he bitched & moaned about us calling us racists, bigots & rednecks. And people like me, and a few others went to that site & defended this board & made HIM look like a BS artists. Unbeknowest to him that Most of the posters on that other site know us from the ESPN board & know better of us making him look like the fool.

Look its your board Denny but think about this, you referred to site as PUNY but did you ever wonder why that could be?

And BTW: I did do my part on this board & brought over several posters to help make it better. How quickly we forget.

 

OK Denny, your message is read loud and clear from this guy who has been called a Klansman for no reason. If my opinions are different than yours, maybe a forum business model is not for you since you only care about what you deem politically correct. Look at my post, the subject matter, I went on the other board defending this site. Rick, Hammer and 59 have just as much right to their opinion as you do. As far as trolls who breeze by to be controversial but don't stay on the site, and had no intentions of offering any further insight, good luck with them. Yet you say Rick and our topics are the reason this board hasn't multiplied. I'm a Celtic fan, why should I post on your board who has only Rick and myself and the hired help. I guess we drove people away from that site also. In closing, Rick had a lot to do with getting and help keeping guys who were the ESPN refugees on this site. In a world of what have you done for me lately, you come across "in my opinion" as pompous, however befitting your character (Denny), I must compliment you for consistency.

 

For the record, the last rule should be amended to end "without notice.

Frank & Ron, thank you both for doing what Denny doesn't find necessary, backing up a fellow board member. But don't get yourself booted off the site just because I felt the need to speak my mind. This is not a bad board & actually could have been better & probably would have been once the actual season would have begun as you mentioned Ron. It's a shame that OT subjects that get a little over heated from time to time could be the distruction of something that might have been very enjoyable, but like I said it's Denny's board & apparently its his way or the highway. And he's made it very clear that on this PUNY board as he calls it that I was nothing more then a malcontent who has no value to a site that I was enjoying very much until he felt it necessary to choose sides. And a choice that never should have been needed to make.

If I'm booted, so be it. If not I'll be bouncing in from time to time & just maybe once the season actually starts & without any more bullshit this PUNY site will be a pleasant place to post. That is as long as it's not screwed up again by people who think having personal opinions are no longer an entitlement. Lets go Yankees.
