I think Dupree will get more minutes than DelfinoPG: Chauncey / Hunter / MurraySG: Hamilton / Murray / DelfinoSF: Tayshaun / Dupree / DelfinoPF: Rasheed / McDyess / MaxielC: Mohammed / McDyess / DavisYou need a twelve man roster. Add Dale Davis to yours PN13. Otherwise, looks solid. I wish Maxiel could get more minutes.

I really doubt Lindsey will be an 82 game guy. He's more of a situational player than anything. I would expect to see Flip piling up minutes off the bench in a primarily 3 man guard rotation. I'm sure Delfino can grab a few minutes at SG, and Hunter at PG in the right situation.

This is his make or break year IMO, if he doesn't crack the rotation as the main backup 3 he may be traded near the deadline to a team desperate enough to take a chance on him. Amir Johnson might get a few chances to show his stuff in the regular season before being sent down to the NBDL.Rotation.(line-up/bench players)PG-Billups/ Murray / HunterSG-Hamilton / Murray / Delfino / HunterSF-Prince/ Delfino / Dupree / Maxiell*PF-Wallace / McDyess / MaxiellC-Mohammed / McDyess/ DavisNow this is a deep, deep lineup. Jason Maxiell lost about 20 pounds in the offseason and looks lean and mean out there so far. He's no longer a newb in the NBA and he'll find a way to prove it one way or another. His energy level is sky-high every minute he's out there, and he has an ever improving mid range game. There's a slight chance he could even challenge Dice or Mohammed for minutes, if he should show himself worthy... :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: Ben provided a boost to our defense. Our helpside defense is going to be lacking for a bit. Other than that and our troubles with defensive rebounding on some (most) nights, the team looks pretty damn solid overall. *plays Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes by David Bowie*

This might not come true, but it is what I want to see.2006-2007 Detroit Pistons Roster#1 PG Chauncey Billups#8 PG Will Blalock*#34 C/PF Dale Davis#20 SG/SF Carlos Delfino #12 SF/SG Ronald Dupree #32 SG/SF Richard Hamilton #10 PG Lindsey Hunter #25 F Amir Johnson #54 PF Jason Maxiell #24 PF/C Antonio McDyess #13 C Nazr Mohammed #6 G Ronald Murray #22 F Tayshaun Prince #36 PF/C Rasheed Wallace ** C Cheik SambCoach: Flip Saunders*=NBDL **=unsigned rookieRotation:PG-Billups/Hunter/MurraySG-Hamilton/Murray/DupreeSF-Prince/Delfino/JohnsonPF-Wallace/McDyess/MaxiellC-Mohammed/Maxiell/McDyessI want Amir and Jason available. IMO Maxiell can be just as effective as Dale Davis can, and he is developing at a fast rate. I think we need to have him out there in the rotation.

That's a 13 man roster, when the NBA carries 12 man rosters.

I think we should test out Maxiell with Davis on IR and then bring Davis in if we need him.

I think the Pistons should really take a look at Jalen Rose who is a Michigan native and if b-ball fans haven't already noticed recently waived by the Knicks. The only thing is Rose's $16 + mil contract unless they wait till he clears waivers. I mean the only reason I would post this is because if Delfino can't be the baCk up to Hamilton/Prince then both are going to log a lot of minutes and most likely the starters will be tired in the playoffs. Opening night is on Wednesday so I doubt the Pistons will make this move but it is something to consider HoLLa baCk

Rose would be a good vet to bring on if we can afford him, I am not sure if we can or not but I would like him as a Piston.

I think we need to get johnson some time. he will be a monster someday and if we can get him sometime and show him that we have no given up on him and we were there to give him his break he could be one of those special players who stays in your orginization his whole career and be a star...like Joe, Isiah, and Tay. But I like our roster this year and our offense should be fun but it will be interesting to see just how good each of our starters is at defense without the ben wallace security blanket behind them.
