As long as Crimea isn't annexed, what he is doing in his own hemisphere is what we did in Haiti during the Clinton years - restore a rightfully elected government. Our foreign policy is full of gaffes (and worse). Pin Benghazi and the rest of huge chunks of the globe in flames and ruins on Hillary if she runs. Kerry has been no better. When a president's domestic agenda is stalled by congress, he usually turns to foreign affairs. It is unbelievable how poorly conceived and executed our policies are.
