I will throw in the Dell Venue 8 then. My wife has it. Basically the Lenovo and Dell are clones of each other. Of course there are a lot of little differences but they both are really comparable. I agree though that they are great choices if you want to do actual work on a tablet since they have Windows and Office.

I use safari on the Mac as my primary browser. MIT works with gestures and it shows the tabs I have open in Safari on my iPad so I can trivially open those on the desktop. There are a number of other benefits, but maybe not on Windows. Both Chrome and Safari are WebKit browsers (mostly the same source code). What I do notice is that Chrome uses 2GB of memory while Safari uses 200M. Not a big deal if you have lots of RAM and a fast CPU. I use Safari on all my devices......what is bad about it, or what am I missing from not using the other options? Is this a picky nerd thing?
I like chrome on my mac. However I think it sucks for mobile devices. I use Safari on my ipad and then default browser on my samsung phone.
