If Noah plays a key role on a Bulls title team, he'll jump to #1 immediately. It won't be a unanimous opinion, but so few are. Even if he never wins a title, he can still become the consensus #1 if he remains with the Bulls through his prime, the team continues to make the playoffs each season and he makes another couple all star teams.
