Seems like many hate him, many approve of him. Take all your problems with him out here.I agree with him.
I'm not a big fan of Mr. David Stern. I just don't agree with his policies and ideas like the dress code and making the first round a 7 game series etc. The only thing I do like that he installed into the NBA was making the Free Agent Pool.

I just hate his stupid little rules and something else, conspiracies are fun... :shifty2: I miss my David Stern club but I had to take out stuff from my sig area.
Every professional sport has extensive uniform policies and the NBA adds more to their's and everyone freaks out. You guys honestly care more about the dress code than the players do. If all you have to hate on the guy for is sweatbands, warmup uniforms and gold chains then their really is no problem.
Small rules are annoying, but overall hes pretty good. He has expanded basketball to becoming almost as big as soccer which is amazing internationaly.
Since people like to gripe on his minor changes. This will probably be more negative then positive in responses. Me, I think as a whole, he's done a good job with the NBA and some of the changes he's made are more beneficial then harmful. Rag on his policies but it doesn't change what he's done for the league as commissioner.
Yeah, second biggest worldwide sport only to futbol. The 7 game first round I'm guessing is for revenue only. Though I'd imagine laker fans hate it since it gives mr derp more chances to choke.
I think David Stern is trying to help the league grow but isn't very good at it.It's not his fault that the late 80s and the 90s were filled with 80 ppg averages. It was the coaches fault. Right now though, he's pushing the leauge with all his new rules. He should let the game develop itself, not install silly, dumb rules to increase scoring and viewers.
I just hate how he's trying to dictate everything players do now days. Little rules like shorts too long, can't have sweatband on your bicep, headband has to be between 2-4 inches and something like that, one wristband per arm, can't wear tights and all that BS is just annoying and unnessary.
