He had 30 points and 18 rebounds last night. Yes, he's failing. :MARIS61:

This board gets more dumb every time I visit it.

    It's just thoughts.

And I'm not beginning to make a case that the thoughts are correct. They are just that, a thought.

But let's go your direction to last nights game. How 'strong' was he in the fourth?

He got fouled twice at the end of the game and didn't get the call. He gets either whistle, and the Blazers win. The Devin Harris 3-point play was simply an NBA call that made no sense. Lillard was guarding his position, Harris lowered his shoulder, and got a call that Lillard never gets unless he's almost murdered near the rime. Plus, it takes a lot of energy to come back from 30 points down. Anyhow, I found the comments on Robinson by Matthews and LMA to be much more interesting. As in, "hey Thomas, you're really not going to be a star, and we all see it except you, but you can be the hustle guy for a title team if you'll embrace that role."

I agree he should have had four points in that stretch if the officials would have blown the whistle. With those to non calls aside. He didn't make a shot did he. And I think he got pushed around. Instead of going negative and calling him soft in the moments it mattered most. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and going the direction of stamina.

So you agree that he should have been at the line two different times at the end of the game, once even after an offensive rebound, yet your choices are between "soft" and "fatigued." I'll go with "screwed." That Harris 3-point play was a disgusting abuse of power by Scott Foster.

Did you expect anything different? He's clearly the most "influential" official out there... and I don't mean that in a good way.

But, you also have to look at the missed FT's dallas had at the end and the lack of a rebound... that fucking hurt.

When Roy played, a typical game had Roy excelling in the 2nd half, and Aldridge only in the 1st quarter. A couple of times I posted the stamina theory about Aldridge, but got shot down by his backers, who have more stamina than me.

I think the rest of us agree that the board is dumber when you are here as well. :)
