    phelps is particularly bad

    our bullpen is that bad that he's the first guy coming out in that spot? oh we scored a run? OH FUCK IT LET ME IMMEDIATELY PISS MYSELF. Phelps is so overblown, he pitched to like a 5 ERA last year, they can do way better in the bullpen. he's not even a prospect, he's almost 28
