Oh yes, I wasn't sure what the #17 was off the top of the head. Yes, indeed I spent most of today, well a good part of it, checking out your incredible art work. Tell me, how wide and tall are the dimensions to those great pieces of work. I really like how and what you did. I downright love the Yanks, Giants, 49ers, hell, I love them all, even the Boys of Summer....I get off on that kind of work.........BIG TIME..

I only wish my house were bigger, as I'd have to hire you to do my walls....

BTW- Ellsbury is looking damn good good...SHIT, so is Solarte..the whole infield has looked tight, well good enough for me unless I missed something.

I don't know how this kid Solarte was in the minors for 8 years. I know its early but I really like this kids approach to hitting, And he just looks like a hitter.

Me 3...Solarte, why was he in the minors so long, anyone know??? I like his glove, and obviously Nunez enjoys Solarte's work to, (bad joke-sorry)...

Solarte's approach to the ball, is aggressive, yet harnessed...hope he continues to clobber the shit out of the ball, and have glue in his glove, with a good arm, a good utility man...

Again, does anyone have any clue why Solarte was in the Minors so darn long?

C'mon boy, Takans tanks tanka Tanaka, my keyboard is stuttering again...damn it...

I got to say, I never thought i would like the replay rule, yet I'm beginning to after watching quit a few other games as well...

    Rick-

do you get the WGN, Cubs channel?

I watched today game vs. Rhino's Phillies at Wrigley... It made me think of you...(not only was it colder than witches tit), but Mr. Cub, Ernie Banks, Fergie Jenkins, and Billy Williiams were all part of the opening pitch ceremony-(with Ryne too, funny odd, a Philly Mgr. standing on the side of the mound), standing alongside other Cub Legends, he himself one as well..

Get this, the announcer crew, had all 3 talking baseball just prior to all 3 singing Take Me out To the Ball Game, but prior Fergie was saying, "I remember when we were playing in Montreal, and we couldn't see the foul lines cuz of the snow that was all over the field, so they had to sweep the lines clean, and we just kept on playing." Incredible, to see all 3 in Wrigley. Damn it I want to go to that Park so damn bad, I could piss my pants.

If he keeps up hitting this way, it will solve a big problem going into next season.

Ichiro fielding that last high fly, looks like a Hall of Gamer-Famer in the field, tho' getting thrown out at 3rd was a bit of a stretch, for even a HOF'er.....

Evening gents. So what's the 411 on Tex, wrist or something else? Where is Jeter...staying off the Astroturf? This kid Solarte was a find. Anyone have the back story on how he came to Yankee camp? As for Tatanka, 6IP 2ER 0BB 6K on 85 pitches, nice debut. Give us one more inning.

Jeter is just being rested with tomorrow being a day game & it was Tex's hamstring. How bad is anyone's guess.

Tex keeps breaking down like this and people are gonna question his integrity and PEDs much like people wonder about Pujols.

And he wasn't even running at the time, just fielding a ground ball.

Not bad for Tanaka, the Tonka Toy settled down, good call Rick...once the nerves calmed down, a 2.57 ERA for this game, not bad, 6 hits in 7 innings, good going. Kept his strike zone intact, no wild throws...I'll keep him...LMAO, (I'lll take a blood pressure pill a bit earlier next game); ie., next time he pitches, if he's that jittery again in early innings...~~~!!!

Ellsbury good game with bat, legs, and glove. Nice touch, I like this kid...!! Gardner aggressive, still think 15 million is a bit rich for his blood. Solarte, nice too, shit; I'm beginning to like this lineup. (Let's Keep Sorry-Ano, on the bench, Joe, or, ...trade his ass, tho' I think there would be NO TAKERS...Damn it,- !!! I'm getting to worked up for an old man..!

Indeed it is Sad...I was hoping for a good year out of Tex, yet was expecting this as much, ie., blown year again...!! You may be right Dan...I can see Tex having another broken down body of a year, ....yes, pathetic.

Well well, a nice start for Tanaka.....good game...!!!

while he's at it, lets trade for Jose Fernandez, and Giancarlo Stanton, while were at it. Did ya'll see Stanton's massive HR? What a shot, as well as Jose's 1st game this week, he looked damn near un-hittable. I haven't been this excited about a 2nd year player, since I don't know when...

In other News, Yasiel Puig, BOY wonder, was bench by Donnie Baseball, 'and on that Bomb Shell: have a pleasant good night, and a very good tomorrow'.

See you Tuesday and Thursday for the game, (next one's we get here)...I will cya sooner probably...a
