I have the Pistons winning this one tonight. The crowd will be ready to see how this new look Pistons team can play and I expect my boys to deliver with a win. Tayshaun prince always plays great against the Bucks, I see him having a great game both offensively and defensively.Pistonfan11's Predictions:Score: Detroit: 97 Milwaukee: 83High Scorer: Tayshaun Prince 25 pointsGO PISTONS!P.S. Looks like Reppin, SunnyD, and me are going to split the Pistons game thread load. how cool is that.
Andrew Bogut and Charlie Villanueva have looked great the past couple minutes...both have a couple rebounds and points...Villanueva is such an amazing passer for a 6'10" guy...Just threw one in the post behind the back for a Bogut slam...Bogut has 6 points in the first 3 minutes. :dribble: Go Bucks.

Missing Ben a lot.</div> I know, Bogut and Villy were killing you guys early. Now it's Michael Redd just taking over the game. Carlos Delfino is playing very well, hitting some threes and playing hard. This game is going to be interesting. We need to somehow control Hamilton. :dribble:
Bucks look good, but the Pistons are still there- experience may be on thier side.Edit: I hadn't actually planned on watching the Bucks, but CB inspired me to do so. Looks like they have this one
Wow, I really didn't think the Bucks would win the game... the Pistons sure missed Ben Wallace in that game. Milwaukee totally DOMINATED the paint... I expected that to be a problem for Detroit early on as they adjust to losing Ben, but still the way the Bucks outscored them in the paint was just plain embarrassing.
Rasheed Wallace getting ejected was a blessing from god. When he got kicked out I had a feeling we were going to take it. I think if Wallace was in the game the outcome could have been very different. Things I noticed.... 1. Bogut played amazingly in the first 5 minutes and after that he just dissapeared and didn't look as good on the boards. It really caught me off guard at how he dropped off after he got in foul trouble. 2. Villanueva has to be more aggressive going to the basket, too many longer jumpers. 3. Mo Williams can be a pass first PG. His statistics weren't great but when you watched the game, wow, he impressed me. Last year he took too many bad shots, tonight he was in the flow. Getting rid out T.J. Ford doesn't look bad at all considering we have such a great PG rotation. 4. Ruben Patterson's ball handleing is very underrated, he can dribble a lot better than I thought he could. His defense was a nice addition, he's always running around getting loose balls and had an amazing alley-oop from Villy. 5. Villy and Bogut's passing just blows my mind. Our offensive flow is so much better with those two in there. Villy had 2 amazing passes, one alley-oop to Nanny-stopper and one behind the back to Bogut for the dunk. What a scary duo for the future, both have 17/10 potential every night. 6. Redd looked very good as always. Hitting jumpers, going to the basket, slick moves, great movement without the ball. Redd looks perfect yet again.
wow, I cant believe that the Bucks took this one. I know this would be a bad thing to say this early but maybe the Pistons really have lost a step or two. Now I know its only one game, but this should be a concearn for them. I really want to see how they do next game.

I as well don't want to jump off the wagon and make a big deal out of one game but the defense did not look very good. When Rasheed Wallace got ejected it was over, the paint was soft as butter.
Pistons will be fine..but they played a great team in the Bucks tonight. I really do thinks the Bucks win 50 and challenge the Stones and Bulls for the division. They are very diverse and have the depth to do it.
I was suprised by the Pistons tonight. They let the Bucks score in the paint at will. We couldn't get anyone except for Rip going early and we couldn't score much in the paint. The Bucks outplayed and outhustled the Pistons, congrats to them on winning their first game of the season. Also, the new technical rule was very obvious. Rasheed got a tech for doing the Tim Duncan hands in the air like he didn't do anything, he didn't even say a word to the ref. Leave it to Sheed to be the first to test just how far you can go with this new system.

I think the Central is a little too packed for us to do that. It was a great first night but I've been a Bucks fan long enough to expect the streaks. Hopefully I'm wrong, I was VERY impressed with our play.
Impressive! Now the pistons may be missing Big Ben but his replacement did a solid job. 8pts and 12 boards he even got a block. I know Sheed was sent, but I really think the bucks front line will cause headaches league wide this year. I know its early but think about which team have 3 better, more versatile passing big men? They will be a force. N.B The Pistons will come back....HARD.

When Rasheed Wallace got ejected it got even worse for him and McDyess. I've always like the signing of Mohammad, I thought he was the best they could get. Yes the Bucks frontline was great. Villanueva was missing a lot of jumpers but the Pistons had no answer for Bogut for the most part. I could go on for hours about how much I love Bogut and Villanueva right now. :dribble:
