His statline tonight : 9 minutes, 0 points, 0-5 fg, 0 rebounds, and 1 turnover, and he's supposedly been playing like garbage for several months now, and then there's this:

Guy just sounds like a horrible teammate, and i'll go so far as to say Lopez is better at this point, at least he gets up for games against teams other than the Heat.

Speaking of defensive centers, look for Gorgui Dieng to become an NBA defensive player of the year sometime in the near future.

The Pacers are in freefall mode. Everyone should blame George's baby scandal, Hibbert caring too much about his crotch and the greatness that is Hank Hill and Bynum for being Bynum.

I think trading Granger might've been an equal contributor.

I was thinking just today that we dodged a bullet with Hibbert and his contract ..Lopez, pay the man, he's a keeper.

Has Antonio Davis stolen DPOY from Hibbert?

Also, I started a thread about Lopez being better than Hibbert and was laughed at. Lopez is much better.

Both Portland and Indiana fell off their early season pace, while Miami and San Antonio moved to the top of their conferences.

Portlands descent was kind of expected, not so much Indianas.

Indy is playing with a fragmented locker room and it's not a good thing. Guys who really don't trust each other.

Who knows how Hibbert would have played? This lockerroom may have lifted his game the way it lifted RoLo's.

    Like I've said before

Over half of Hibbert's reputation has come from destroying the Heat in the playoffs, mainly because they don't have a center. He looks like freaking Wilt Chamberlain against them and his averages per game are way up.

When he plays against real centers that can match up with him he's still good, but his averages go back down to his career 12/8 numbers on <50% shooting.

Hibbert is SO much better than Lopez. For one thing, he's heavier. He can be a classic center if taught to by a coach.

    If only we had Hibbert.

He's a bargain right now. Maybe we should offer Pritchard Claver's contract. Remember who drafted Claver.

This isn't funny. I love Lopez. I love long hair. Lopez does the work and Aldridge gets his rebound. It's all Lopez preceding many Aldridge rebounds.
