    Portland vs. New Orleans
    Root For: Trail Blazers
Reason: Time to forget about Home Court and focus on staying in 5th.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
    Root For: Lakers
Reason: Clippers look like they're solid in the No. 3 spot, so might as well root for the Lakers to win so their chances of getting a Top 3 pick drop a little bit.

    Dallas @ Sacramento
    Root For: Kings
Reason: It's doubtful the Mavericks could catch the Trail Blazers, but just to be safe, let's pull for a Kings upset.

    Houston vs. Denver
    Root For: Nuggets
Reason: For those still hoping for HCA, this one's for you.

    Memphis @ San Antonio
    Root For: Spurs
Reason: A Grizzlies loss pushes the Trail Blazers one step closer to clinching a playoff berth

    Golden State vs. Utah
    Root For: Jazz
Reason: The No. 5 seed will probably come down to Portland and Golden State's game next Sunday but an upset here sure would help cement the Trail Blazers' playoff position.

    Phoenix vs. Oklahoma City
    Root For: Thunder
Reason: A Blazer victory combined with a Suns loss and either a Mavericks or Grizzlies loss and Rip City clinches ... I think. Portland is going to make the playoffs, but the road to clinching is very confusing.

Pretty much accepted that we're not getting HCA at this point.

I think it pretty much comes down to either playing Houston or LAC. Still trying to figure out the lesser of two evils here.

I'll take my chance on a Patrick Beverlyless Rocket team.

If Houston is battling injuries, I think we could knock them off.

I think we match up better with LAC, but it all depends on how the refs call either matchup for us.

Yeah Houston without Beverly sounds better on paper...didn't stop them from smacking OKC across the face though >.> No matter who we face its going to be a tough one. I almost wonder if 8th isn't better since we know we match up good with the Spurs and we can make them show their age a bit.

One lightning fast crossover by Dame will make Beverly's knee explode right there on the court! Miniscus and tendons flying all over the floor!

The Spurs would decimate the Blazers in a playoff series

The best possible match up is definitely more important than HCA. I think if game one was in Portland we would have come out a little more nervous than if we were on the road. In some ways there is less pressure on the road. Portland is a young team....I can see losing game one and winning game two. Then coming back to Portland with the momentum and a jacked up fan base.

Houston is not an ideal match up, but it is better than SA, OKC or the Clippers.

I've been shaking my head for a while now with so many people wishing for a matchup with the Spurs.

Against us, in the playoffs? The Spurs might set a record for shooting 100% for an entire game.

Me, too. And the Clips. Holy crap, you should have seen the shit calls at the LAC/PHX game. The refs gave that game to the Clips.
