I quit the VFW in December 2012. Today I was the recipient of a letter from them that the VFW webserver had been hacked. Today is April 11, the letter was dated April4, and the hack was discovered on March 4, 2014, hows that for timely notice. Personal information to include SSAN were compromised on approximately 55,000 members. They don't believe that identity theft was the prime purpose but to gain access to plans or contracts. I was provided information of corrective actions to take. Just giving you guys a head up on this. Thank God I have life lock and pretty much went old school on banking actions. Go get 'em CC.

My girl friend & I both are Lifelock members, have been for years, gotta say they are right on time. If if you take purchasing actions for your own behalf they are on it like white on rice. Only 10 per month and these days one could not afford to be without it.

Michael is there any way you could e-mail me a copy of that letter so I could send it to my commander? I'm sure he's seen it but just in case. Thank you sir. Check your PM.
