Yesterday was a disgrace to what the Pistons are all about, the absense of Ben Wallace was really exploited yesterday. I mean, come on! 70 POINTS IN THE PAINT! We HAVE to fix this or we are not going far at all. 70 points is 2nd most points ever allowed in the paint. and how about getting a f*cking rebound...How many times did the bucks just out hustle us to a rebound. We couldnt get any offensive rebounds, yet the bucks managed to get one every other play it seemed like. I am pissed about that game. We need to figure something out quick. :no3:

You guys will be fine. It's one game and you will improve (well you have to). Your lack of post defense or post identidy was shocking. Andrew Bogut put up 6 points in less than 2 minutes to start the game...your lucky he got in foul trouble or he could have put up well over 20. You guys really got out hustled though, on our first possession we got 3 offensive rebounds. Thats not the way to start off the season at the Palace.

This is just 1 game, Rasheed Wallace got ejected which really hurt your low post defense. It's not everyday that Rasheed Wallace goes scoreless. You guys will be fine.

McDyess is the top post defender on the team. If he gets hurt like he did in his prime, then we are in trouble. But, it's safe to say that we will improve.

I would say Rasheed is on a pretty short leash this season. There's 2 guys behind him on the depth chart who are very good ball players and would start for most teams. Then again, we've grown to know the Pistons as being very conservative towards changes, so who knows.

But Rasheed needs to settle down and relax. He's a spaz. He needs to set an example.

Yeah, rasheed just needs to calm down a bit,,theres a zero tolerence policy this season, and it looks like sheed is once again going to have some trouble this year.

Sheed just ain't going to make it this year if he get called for BS techs like last night. Since when was telling another player he better watch his elbows a tech? I agree that they need to calm down with the whining but in both techs Sheed got they were pure BS and thats now what fans pay their money to see. Now on the Pistons, the team just seemed real flat last year like they wasn't playing together. Delfino and Rip played well in 1st half and Chauncey played well in the 4th when it was pretty much over but after that nothing really. Nazr also had a nice game with 11 boards I believe, I thought he should of also got more minutes especially once Sheed got ejected. I was sort of disappointed in Flip Saunders last night in his sub patterns and just in the lack of adjustment but no way you can blame this on him. Maybe they just couldn't all of a sudden turn it on after having a week off because they seemed very slugglish. I was mad we didn't see much of the zone Flip has promised so much and much of the press that we practiced and excuted well in the preseason, I think that would of helped get some steals and just get some energy in the building. We will be alright though, still 50-55 wins IMO but I still think we need Jalen and very disappointed in our effort to get him.

The points in the paint was absolutely ridiculous. When I found out we had 9-10 blocks I was stunned, because the Bucks were scoring in the paint at will. The paint defense will improve, but it needs to be in a hurry. People are going to try to exploit this weakness, and we need to try and fix it before too long.
