With rain expected all day today in NY, the Yankees may get another off day due to the weather. Jeter gets another day of rest. Not a bad thing. I'll keep you guys (not living in NY) up to date as the day goes on.

Game postponed tonight. Day/Night Doubleheader tomorrow. Sweeney tweets thar John Ryan Murphy and Scott Sizemore expected to be called up. My guess is Roberts injury is worse and that is why Sizemore is coming up.

I went to home depot last week to get some new plants & yes....I planted them. This is the winter that just keeps on giving.
...I'll get my "mater" plants from home depot next week, but I start my okra, cukes, squash, etc., from seed...I've got about 80 peat pots with sprouted plants I brought in from the cold. ...btw, I got some feedback from matts...scary what he's going through with his wife right now.
