Obviously Dan Marino is up there, but who else was great but never won a title?Peyton Manning, Junior Seau, Curtis Martin etc..
How about Brett Favre? I think he's overrated, but he is good. Hell, you'd think he'd win just by sheer laws of probability, haha.

I remember they played and Denver won when I was in 1st grade. I think Favre won one earlier in the 90's.

Yeah. I looked it up. I knew the Packers won one year in the 90's, but I wasnt sure which one it was.
I'm guessing this is active players, but heres a name. Dan Marino. He has to be number 1 all time that hasnt won a Super Bowl. Maybe the greatest QB of All Time.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (ASUFan22 @ Nov 3 2006, 03:05 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>The Broncos won that one didn't they? The most underrated running back ever. Besides Marino he is my #1 choice.
How about a guy by the name of Barry Sanders!! This is the greatest running back ever to play in the NFL. This guy was amazing and we wouldnt even of been talking about Emitt Smith breaking walter payton's rushing record if barry wouldnt of retired early in his prime! Barry would of crushed that record.By the way SunnyD man your Tigers would of won the series if they would of pitched Kenny Rogers in game 5. The guy had a 0 ERA! How dont you pitch him on 3 days rest? That was a bushleague move by Leyland
I think Green Bay won in both 96 and 97, but I'm not quite sure. But I'll either go with Boykinsforpresident and say Barry Sanders, or I'll say Dan Marino. Each can be considered one of, if not the greatest of all-time at their respective positions.

Terrell Owens...He is gonna win one this year though so he doesn't count Peyton Manning comes to mind to.

He'll lead us back to the promised land next year.

He took that team to the playoffs by himself basically. If he has a better team arounf him he would have for sure.

no question here, its easily Dan Marino....man I loved watching him play, and when Elway won one I was devastated than he won another, I always though Marino would win one before retiring but never did...Great man, Career, Best QB ever.....the best to never win hands down
