he could be. but something makes me wonder about a 6-10 pf/c coming off of surgery. He is often shorter than his opponent, he has alot of bulk. He can't get into the air that long. I could see him averaging a little over 2 blocks per for his career. I hope he proves me wrong and averages more, though.

He could be good, but I don't think so, but he could be, but I don't think so, but I HOPE he does...Okafor has been amazing these first two games. I'd say he averages 2.5 BPG this season, definitely CHA's franchise player.
Okafor's always been a good shot-blocker. As long as he's healthy you can always count on him for great defense.
He is an above average shot blocker yes. However to finish your title I think I'm gonna go with Dwight Howard because I think Emeka is maxed out potential wise.
Potential doesn't really matter. Dwight Howard doesn't look like he will be a top shotblocker in the league. Looks like he will always be between 1.5-2.0 or so. Some guys just don't have it, Emeka Okafor does. I don't know if Emeka will be one of the better ones in recent memory. I wouldn't go that far this early.
