But both are the leaders of their squads. Let's see who leads their team to a victory tonight.</span> CelticBalla's Extra Thoughts/Notes I heard Barbosa was going to start instead of Diaw, and he did last night in the loss vs. Utah. But I am also sort of interested to seehow Jalen Rose fits. I don't see how he's going to get a whole lot of minutes, but we'll see. CelticBalla's Prediction Phoenix hasn't played very well to start the season, hence the 1-2 record. They are going to be hungry for a win, plus it's a division matchup. LA will be feeling good coming off that win vs. Denver though, so it should make for a good game. I'll take Phoenix though.
You put the wrong names in the Phoenix starting lineup. You have Diaw as a starter instead of Barbosa.Anyways, I am pretty excited for this game. We beat them a few days ago by 8, but I am sure the Clip's will be itching for a win this time. Barbosa has been playing MAD GOOD this starting season so far, averaging 20+ points off the game and coming off the bench for the first two games. I expect him to take over the starting spot and force Diaw to sit on the bench pretty soon. We have a pretty small line up to start out with though (Nash, Barbosa, Bell), but Marion has been doing pretty good defensively (2 insane blocks last night). I hope Amare can do really good for us tonight. He is a key factor in us being able to win against most of these teams. Banks needs to get him the ball more, because even if he doesn't score, he can get to the foul line.I expect us to win it again tonight 110-98
