    in LA, the big thing for parties is to hire these taco guys to come to your place. They grill and make tacos all afternoon, costs like $500. pretty dope though.

    Al Pastor and chicken! They make their own tortillas there, too. They actually sell the tiny little tortillas, like it's supposed to be done. Their chips are bomb too. Going to get the pico de gallo, salsa verde, and guac too.

    Yeah, I've had beef cabeza. Nothing to crazy.

    I hadn't thought about pineapple for the Al pastor. Not a bad idea, though.

    Yeah. They set up the grill, provide all the meats and tortillas, salsas, plates..maybe its between $300 and $500. Basically anyone can walk up, ask for some tacos and they'll make some up fresh for you. One of my friends had an engagement party or something in a park and hired taco guys to come through, they did all the setup and shit. really awesome.
