    His team and all his fan's would love to see him. Show him where flyers net is and tell him to go there. Also the game starts at 12 and checking is allowed.

    At this point we should move on. Anything we get from him is gravy. He is what he is in the playoffs. On the plus side MSL has played great. Step has been real solid. So his line has been good. I am sure some of that is due to the attention that Nash draws to him.

    Outside of that no point ripping Nash anymore. If he gives us anything in terms of actually scoring a goal, that will be great and a bonus.

    And BTW...all the more reason the MSL trade was a great trade. We added another star to the team, except this one actually shows up in the playoffs and gets it done in the big spots, and has a proven playoff track record of success.

    Last year when Nash was coming down the wing with the puck, he would more often than not dip his lead shoulder, protect the puck and use his body to go right around the dman to the net. Didnt matter if it went in every time but he would get the puck to the net.

    This year he is pulling up on those plays and looking to feed the point. I'm not sure if it's fear of contact or what but it's what I've noticed most about his game. That power move just hasn't been there since he came back. Look for it next game, he'll stop short and look to get rid of it. Hopefully it's a mental thing he can deal with this offseason.

    I've seen that also Prod, and I do agree with your points. But the fact is in 21 playoff games he has 2 goals. That kind of speaks for itself. Even last season he was almost invisible in the playoffs, so clearly that is an issue. Milbury and Jones were 100% dead on with their comments prior to the playoffs last season...dead on. And we all went off on them, but there were right.

    Not making excuses for Nash as everyone knows I really wanted him but at least his line has been dominant at times. I know it's mostly due to Step and MSL but still a positive

    I do think it is due to afraid of contact. As soon as he sees someone nearby he gets rid of the puck and avoids the hit. Maybe he will be better against the Pens if we ever get there.
