    2-2 is required, apparently.

I actually think Ed Malloy is a decent ref. He had that one really bad call earlier this year (I think against Dallas)... but other than that, I don't remember him really being in anything huge.

Ken Mauer, on the other hand...

If we complain as much as we did last game, I could see Mauer taking it personally. The Dallas game he called at the Rose Garden where Batum got the T for Terry shoving him still pisses me off.

Atleast it is not Palmer or Garrettson.

I have a hard time thinking of any refs as good, to be honest.

Mauer just looks like he's a part of the mob...

What I like about our team is that we rarely put the refs on the spot, unless the call is seriously dumbfounded.

Just stick to business as usual and we need Aldridge to have a monster game

Lillard and LaMonster need to combine for 60+ for us to win. Split that any way you like.

Don't care. We just need to play our game and refs won't matter

The way the refs call picks will be a huge factor in the game. If Howard is allowed to do moving picks like last game, we are in for a long evening. If they call an offensive foul on it and he gets into foul trouble, then we should benefit. Unfortunately the Refs control how the game is played and they all seem to call it differently.

I get the impression that Blazers fans assume if there are refs at all we are getting screwed.
