    Derailed? LOL.

Responding to my comment does nothing to prevent such a "derailment".

Have you read through those threads? I don't think the OP is earning points in those threads, if you have read them.

    BTW, don't derail this thread!

There are a group called LOFs, which I later figured out stood for "Lin Only Fans".

Also, they really are angry about the evenness of the foul shooting. They continually bring up that they averaged eight more foul shots per game than their opponents during the regular season and for these four games have shot approximately three fewer than the Blazers this series. Therefore, they must be getting jobbed. Yep, that's the depth of their analysis.

I just want to know why Robin isn't allowed to hold his position against Dwight when he catches in the post...Its like that whistle flies but then nothing when Dwight clenches his fist and throws a backwards elbow, punch, forearm to the man. I'm ready to see some MMA shit out there next time Dwight offers up an arm so easily...grab that shit, flip him over and make him tap out. Then stand over the top of his whimpering body and give him the classic FPS tea-bagging. I mean, they were going to eject you from the game anyways for fouling...might as well make it foul.

I swear Howard popped Lopez with an elbow to the head twice in the opening 5 or so minutes of the game, yet Lopez is the one who ended up with 2 quick fouls. Anyone see a clip/highlight of that? Of course TNT didn't replay it, so I couldn't tell if there was a clear foul or not. If Dwight has 2 in the first 5 minutes (rather than picking up his 2nd in the final minutes of regulation), that changes the game completely.

Also, on that "bad call" on the out of bounds off of Dwight. It didn't hit off his knee, but from the 1 or 2 choppy replays I saw, it could have been call as off either LMA or Dwight. The ball looked like it was touching both of their hands at the same time. The spin and direction of the ball made me think it was off of Howard, but I couldn't tell for sure. It definitely wasn't some horrible call like all the Rocket fans seem to make it out as.

Yes. Early in the game Howard elbowed Lopez pretty blatantly on his way to a missed dunk. Looked like Shaq's go-to move in his heyday.

Yeah, that was one of them. I forgot it led to that missed dunk. I'm sure the Rocket fans think it should have been a foul on Robin for getting in the way of Dwight's elbow.

http://on.nba.com/PKfNSa It's a pretty clear elbow to Lopez in the head. Good memory!

The latest is that they think they're getting Melo for Asik and Lin.

I thought it was funny the way Rollo laughed last night as he was coming off the floor, finally. He'd had enough
of BS calls to take seriously. As for as a Melo move, what are they smoking, the Howard move put them right up
    to the ceiling......

I hope they get Melo... Superteams don't work.

Miami works because LeBron was close with the core of the team prior to joining with them. Melo, Howard, and Harden would be a new version of the Lakers when they had Howard with more flopping and less defense.

The Rockets are just doing everything the easy way and it's biting them in the ass. You have to BUILD your team not BUY it.

It would be hilarious. That is unless they can get their stars to buy into playing together, but that seems highly unlikely with Melo, Harden, and Dwight.

Lakers and Celtics bought superteams that were successful. I think buying superteams gives you the best chance at a NBA title . . . unless your franchise is in San Antonio. :)

Still, those teams had players that were there and were established leaders or developed within the organization. Kobe, Fisher, Bynum, Pierce, Rondo, Tony Allen, Perkins, etc.

Besides Chandler Parsons what good players have the Rockets developed before the team was formed with the current core of the past two seasons?
