WIN THIS GAME!!! Not much else needs to be said IMO. The Pens are now waiting and resting. Game 7 would be a quick back to back situation, and who wants to deal with that. And anything can happen in a game 7. A hot goalie, a bad bounce, and bad penalty and boom season over. Stay away from it. Play the game tonight like this is game 7. Get this win. Say good-bye Flyers. Do NOT play with fire and pull a usual Rangers with a series lead. There is no tomorrow. Don't play as if we have a game 7 at MSG in our back pockets. For once win with a series lead...please. All I want to know from chuck is which number ranger goal clinches the game so I can get ready for the penguins
Speaking only for myself, 4 seems to be the magic number around the league, especially this series. I say 4-2.
I don't expect there will be alot of penalties or nonsense, especially from Philly knowing it's an elimination game.
Game 1 we got 3rd goal...won. Game 2 we did not get 3rd goal...lost. Game 3 we got 3rd goal...won. Game 4 we would have needed 3 to win. Game 5 we needed 3 to win. Very simple. We get 3 we win.
The Flyers big forwards will probably be more active than ever around Lundqvist so our dmen are really going to have to bear down. I wouldn't be so sure 3 will automatically win it Chuck, I think this could be a 4-3 OT type game.
I like 3 Chuck. Easier to get. Now let's hope for a shut out and we wouldn't have to sweat it out. I know I'm dreaming. Will take any score no matter how much ogida comes with it.
If they can weather the early push by philly or even get ahead early, the opening 10 minutes will be big for the direction of the game. Im leaning towards 5-3 rangers with it being a late scramble by philly.
Yeah, if we get through the first 10 minutes or so tied or ahead, I feel real good. And if we get the lead, the longer we play with it the better chance the Flyers implode. If we can get the 1st goal and play with it for a while, we'd be in great shape.
I think Philly will go hard to the net tonight and crowd Hank. Good chance to break out and make them pay. And who knows maybe it will lead to a few more goals being scored by both teams.
