I am feeling very confident. I said this series should have been over not to be cocky but in fact this team should beat the flyers. Yeah yeah the flyers have a lot of offensive talent but come on, I had a good laugh with an Island fan over both Streit and Macdonald are supposed to be big time defensemen on this flyer team, and yesterday they bring back Hal Gill...wow...nothing scary...plus they started Emmry in 3 games... This series should be over, and will be after game 6. BRING ON THE CUP!

As mentioned by everyone, this isn't your Torts Rangers, AV will quietly remind the team that they cant just show up and expect to win. They need 100% effort, they will need to weather the storm, score the first goal and watch the flyers start to panic and pinch and get caught up ice, where IMO this is where the big difference between Torts and AV where the rangers transition game is a lot faster and can counter any team in the league. Score that first goal, no stupid penalties and we will all sit back and cheer on Dubi and AA...only then will nash become the monster Eminem sings about
I agree on the 1st goal. I think it is big for us, assuming we get it and can play a little time with a lead. The more time Philly plays from behind the better the chance they implode and start to panic. Get that 1st goal, and make them sweat. Very big. And PLEASE no more stupid BS penalties...
well after yesterday the Rangers OWE me big time. I had a great day going yesterday, had my year end review from my new firm and they had nothing but good things to say about me, got a very good year end bonus and a payraise. After that I went to my son's first baseball game of the year and they dominated. Then I come home amped up for the Rangers and they did that.... So they owe me and every other Ranger Blueshirt wearing fanatic. I see the garden being pumped up by John Amoritte, I see a blue swirl flying down the wing and cutting across the middle only to put the puck on the short side of Mason. Mason will be out of his league tonight. Tonight the Rangers will make us Remember the Titans for this MSG IS SPARTA! Rangers win 3 to 1. Then we will go talk about Cry baby and Malkin.
