nope.... remember antonio daniels. They need a spark off the bench and if ridnour becomes iffy there goes watson to run the point. And watson does it well. Watson may even play better if he stays a bench player

Nope, Ridnour has been playing really well this season. His FG% is better aswell as his 3P% and like S Guard said, Watson comes off the bench to bring energy to the team. I think Watson plays best as a bench PG.

Watson is better off the bench than starting, believe I know. He started for the griz when Jwill got hurt, and did not do so well...thats when we found out Mike Miller could run the point [IMG] Anyways, Ridnour is just more talented.

I like Watson more. Ridnour is creative with the basketball, he has nice vision, and he can hit open jumpers, but Watson is the MUCH better defender and he's more athletic. Ridnour couldn't guard Jason Kidd sitting down in a chair. I have to agree that Watson should come off the bench because they do need a spark. Keep Ridnour in the starting lineup because of his playmaking skills and his ability to run the offense better than Watson, and get the ball to Ray and Shard (when healthy) in the right spots. Not to mention, take away Ridnour's playmaking skills and Wilcox wouldn't be averaging 12 or 13 ppg (whatever he's getting).

I'm not feeling the lineup I saw from the other night, with Ridnour and Watson in the backcourt with Allen at the 3. I think they should keep Wilkins in the starting lineup until Rashard returns, and have Watson be the energizer off the bench. But, at the same time, I have to give credit to Mike Wilks for the way he has played lately (especially vs. Denver).
