For me its a toss up between "Chocolate Thunder" Darrel Dawkins or Shawn Kemp.Kemp had extreme athleticism that went along with the power that made his dunks look so much better.Too bad he cant stay clean

Ben Wallace is a power dunker as well, he has had some nasty rim rockers the past seasons. Today I think the best is KG, he is athletic but usually throws all of his dunks down with some serious power.
Of all-time, hmmm. I obviously havn't been able to see everyone, but Shawn Kemp's incentive to play the game was to rip the rim off the backboard - let's just leave it at that.But now, I think it's almost easily Kenyon Martin. I love watching him dunk. He doesn't do windmills and stuff, or 360', but he dunks the ball SO HARD. I think in the league today, it's definitely K-Mart.
Yup, in today's league it's K-Mart, no doubt. Shaq can still dunk, and let's not forget Dwight Howard, people! And only 1,5 years ago: Amare Stoudemire..... sigh
