I love this kid and his game. He plays very hard when he sees time, and he looks to be able to do it all. We need to give him some meaningful minutes, because he is going to be something in the NBA, if you aren't a Piston fan and haven't seen him play you don't know what I am talking about, but when you have seen what this guy can do you would be just as excited as I am to see his future, which better be with the Pistons. What do you guys think of Amir? Does he deserve a solid spot in the bench rotation?

I know that he is athletic, he can dunk, block shots, etc...When he develops a post game, he could be key for you guys off the bench.

I have been saying it since last season, Amir Johnson has potential to be a KG type player in this league if he does develop a low post game. I know JMax was our first round pick last season but even if Amir did grow from 6-9 to 6-11 I think he is athletic enough to creat match up problems if he plays the 3 position. Amir is in the same boat as Gerald Green is in Boston, the last class to produce high schoolers. Amir is only 19 so he has plenty of time to shine, I just hope that Joe D and Flip realize it and we keep him because he could really become the "next big thing" HoLLa baCk

As you can see in my fav player, I think Amir has TONS of potential. I really hope he can get some minutes this year. But Ripcity, I think over the offseason, Amir became a PF, but will still play some SF. We saw his potential in the game last year against the Bucks I believe. 6-6, 18 points. Didn't miss any shots.

I heard he is still growing. The Pistons could use a 7-Footer. Amir has skills, they may be raw, but they can be developed into phenominal talent.

if he gets to 7 foot he wont be a center because of his build...he does have a KG build but I think he could be a better SF.if he were on any other team he would be starting maybe...
