This article was already posted, but this part specifically jumped out at me. I've never seen a GM in Portland say this, and it really means a lot. I hope to god Paul locks this guy up long term. Much of this city is wrapped up in the Trail Blazers, which is why I think it was so hard for people to support the Jail Blazers. We never felt that group represented our city. Neil gets it. So glad we have him.
Neil performed magical tricks last summer. One can't reasonably expect him to do it again this summer, but I am anyway.
