Perhaps I'm a sap, but the best moment for me was at the very end, when Dame's mom gave him that hug. Really a touching moment, just a mom proud of her son.
So by poaching our fan editors, you benefit but we don't. That's not cool. Please tell me you're at least paying them.
If I'm responsible for making a promo for selling season tickets for the Blazers, I know exactly how the promo would end Fucking even has Aloe Bacc's song in the background. Could be a Beats By Dre commercial as well.
Another good fan video.
That video at the bar.... damn, that would have been AWESOME... I feel bad for any waiters that were around bringing beer and food at that time.
I often question the authenticity of a lot of "fan reaction" videos, but this one was beyond obvious.
That was me watching the game in my bedroom. My wife and daughter paused their movie downstairs and came up to find out what the heck was going on. I made them watch that sequence like 5 times (with my expert commentary). LOL Then I watched "the shot" about 30 more times. Each time, the rush was still there. Awesome.
http://forwardcenter.net/video-damian-lillard-on-nba-tv-arena-link/ Damian's NBA TV interview, focusing on The Shot, naturally. He's so fucking smart. He breaks down the play perfectly.
Yep. For such a simple play, you can see how many variables he took into consideration. Preparation is the mother of execution, indeed.
I don't understand the fake ones where their team loses... The last thing on my mind is to think "Hey, I should capture my complete dejection and post it. I mean, if it goes viral, it'll mask my deep depression I'm in right now."
After having indifferent but talented players, and dim but lovable players, it's nice to have a lineup stocked with basketball nerds.
