I hope hope LMA can give up 3-4 USG points to Lillard next year, and still feel like an All-Star. Lillard needs to be involved as much, if not more, than LMA on offense. If they can do that effectively, the offense will be unstoppable so long as Wes/Nic/bench are hitting threes.

Lillard is so unbelievably good. We are extremely lucky he fell to 6.

It's not just USG either. Dame is going to be a star. The shoe deal, the accolades, and the commercials. I could see Lillard reaching Derek Rose levels of stardom and I hope LA doesn't resent him. I don't really see any indications that he's that kind of guy, but it's always possible. Lillard has the marketable personality that few stars possess. He's likable. He's well spoken. He's not a bad looking dude. He could easily be a Chris Paul kind of guy, and I could actually see him as an All-Star voted in by the fans. Wouldn't that be crazy?

A Chris Paul kind of dude scares me. That means he'll bolt if this team ever goes south. :(

Well, I don't really see that in Dame. The guy is extremely loyal. One of the first things he did when he got paid was give a bunch of money to his AAU team. He still goes back to Weber St. to support his guys there. I think he'll be a Blazer for life. I'm just saying in terms of marketability, I could see him being similar to CP3.

I was most impressed with his rebounding and defense. We knew he could shoot threes but there'll be games they don't fall if he can keep up those other contributions watch out.

If CP3 had better teammates or had won a title I think he'd stayed. Dirk doesn't care about ring chasing since he got one.

He was rebounding like a fiend. I was extremely impressed, and some of them were among the trees. Dude just wanted it more.

Man, they didn't just say he should have been an All-Star over Dame, some of the Rockets fans flat out said Dame stole it from him.

I thought Dragic should have made the All Star team...over Parker.

A lot of writers have Dragic on the 3rd team all NBA Team ahead of Lillard even though he didn't get to the All-Star game.
