The guy has no offensive mind at all, and putting Harden on Lopez was one of the biggest blunders I've seen in a while.
You started a thread on this 2-day old news? It's been discussed in numerous threads. I posted to this one. http://sportstwo.com/threads/262383-Congrats-from-Houston
It's from yesterday, and so that's one day. As for your post about being involved in a McHale discussion ... nice job? Next time, learn how to link directly to your post, though. http://sportstwo.com/threads/262383-Congrats-from-Houston?p=3335548&viewfull=1#post3335548
I like him so I'm glad he didn't get fired. Keep in mind, had Dame NOT hit that three, there would have been a game seven and Houston more than likely would have came away from it. I also think Houston was getting better as the series rolled on. Portland was very fortunate it didn't go seven.
2 days ago, which I think was 1 day before the official announcement, every NBA news site (ESPN, etc.) had an article with the news that the decision had been made. I linked to the full thread, not just my post in it, to have people read the thread. There are favorable and unfavorable opinions on McHale there, as well as in several other threads.
Even Dame admitted as such. It was disturbing to hear him talk about blowing a 3-1 lead in the KGW interview. I don't think we would have won a Game Seven in HOU.
I don't think we would have either. In fact, without LA going full on god mode in games one and two, I don't know if we win this series.
