LMA has to play every game like it's GAME ONE of the 1st round!

If they put green on lillard, post up Wes on Parker every possession. Or Batum if Parker is guarding him.

Good idea. Force pops to revert back to a traditional defense

Game 7? I'd like him to play every game like game 1 in Houston. ;)

Same with the Spurs. Oh how quickly they forget.

My heart likes it, but my head doesn't buy it.

I'm awaiting MM's "So, now I guess everyone thinks Bucher's a genius?" post.

Splitter did work tonight. Green didn't guard Lillard as much as I thought, but in the end it wasn't needed.

I know y'all don't watch a lot of Spurs basketball, but some of the disregard of integral Spurs players is laughable. Its not the Big 3 that makes the Spurs as good as they are, but the Medium 3 of Leonard, Green, and Splitter. Only half of these six played well tonight.

Splitter didn't do a better defensive job. Nice try...

LA only shot 30% when Splitter was defending him, and all but 2 of his points in those situations came in garbage time.

No you clearly stated that splitter would do a better job with containing Aldridge than Howard and Asik. So far, you are wrong. If splitter can only do it for spurts, then it's meaningless.

LOL he did it the entire time the game was in any serious doubt. At one point he was 6/18 and when Splitter was on him it was much worse than that.

Ya bad numbers there. It was something like 1/8 though. I'll post later with a link to back it up; cbf to do it on my phone.

My post that you quoted had nothing to do with the Spurs. I was responding to the ridiculous assertion that Lillard struggled against Beverley and Lin. Thanks for thinking of me though.
