    Ha, ha. Where I play, there is a guy who is a ref. He informed all of us a few years ago about this rule. So, I guess we are playing high school rules. Works for me. :)

    Just because a player puts his arm out doesn't mean that the defender did NOT embellish the contact. Manu is a flopper. The MARGINAL contact did not cause him to go down.
