...I'm not saying he's not a very good player, but does anyone else feel that Clowney was a bit over-hyped based mainly on that singular vicious tackle that he made last year?...espn must have played the clip 100 times.

...hell, the guy wasn't even blocked on the play.

I was just happy to see that the ego-maniac punk ass known as Johnny football dropped all the way to 22nd.

I'll tell you what folks. I don't want to be a QB playing the Houston Texans with Watt and Clowney now on the ends.

I don't get the Giants pick... the OL was a much larger and more serious need than WR was... I don't get it...

I agree with Messiah though... Houston's D is going to be scary...

My brother texted me right after the pick saying he didn't get it either. They must feel they can still get quality in the second round and didn't want to give up on what they felt was the best overall talent.

True but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They made a lot of moves in free agency so I will stick by what they're doing in the draft.

Now if Eli could be 1/2 the quarterback his brother is we'll be okay.

ANYONE can throw Vic. You can throw, I can throw BUT..............what Eli seems to have trouble doing (unlike big brother Peyton) is hitting his receivers.

No doubt Clowny was not worthy of the first pick, first round, WTF...!!!

I'm thrilled to see Ha-Ha-Clinton Dix go to Green Bay. What was his mother thinking with a name like that? Clinton's dix, during the Lewinsky affair...Ha-ha.

JFF, also as much over rated. I watched most A&M games, and still don't buy into Manziel's hype. Ha-Ha disagrees with JFF's ranking in this draft. Just what the Browns need. When will Cleveland get a clue?
Browns Drafted-Quinn, McCoy, Weeden, and still haven't found a QB. Go Figure.

I wished The Giants could of got C.J. Mosley, A. Donald, and Sammy Watkins (Watkins can catch a Scud Missle or anything thrown his way).

How in the hell did the Giants screw themselves out of #1 Draft Pick? The Giants must of traded away their pick in lieu of Free Agents? I'm lost, who did the Giants get in lieu of a #1 pick???? this can't be good methinks.

I agree, Clowney as the 1st draft pick, is well CLOWNY.

IMO, Clowney is over rated, and over hyped. One hit does not make for a 1st round 1st pick. He never had the year last year, analysts said he would have, IMO.

Johnny F'ing football is as much over rated. (watch the SOB will prove me wrong, hope not).

I heard Archie Manning has been taking downs in his Son's Uni.

If he does it won't be because of his statistics. it'll be for the SBs

You can keep a guy out with 1 SB victory...but not 2. Especially 2 vs. Another HOF QB.
