The Spurs may not lose a single game in the rest of the playoffs. These guys look the class of the league by a long shot. As depressing as it is to happen to us, they're as aesthetically impressive as any team I can recall in recent memory. It's artistry out there.

Now now, let's not get crazy. They Spurs will not face a defense as bad as ours, or a coach as lacking in adjustments as ours, for the rest of the Playoffs. The Spurs are a TERRIFIC team - but we've made them look like the best team in the history of the NBA. OKC and MIA will both take 2-3 games from them.
But I do sincerely hope that the Spurs win it all.

The Mavs board was loaded with haters. You guys are classy. Thank you. The series isn't over, but it looks like it is. Hopefully you guys will learn from this. I really like LA, Nic and Dame. Especially LA since he's a Texas boy.

    Cheers!

The Spurs are creating good shots for themselves within the offense, and the Blazers are forcing more shots trying to go 1 on 1. Portland should let LA get his points within the flow of the offense rather than forcing that mid-range post up game of his.

LaMarcus needs to develop some kind of a faceup game so centers can't shut him down by forcing him into those mid range fade aways.

Very true. There's no reason why a die-hard Blazer fan can't also be honest about what's going on when they see it.

Diehard doesn't mean you're completely ignorant of what's going on. It just means you stay a fan through hard times. I don't see anyone giving up on being a fan of the team.

What LaMarcus needs to develop is his killer instinct.

And some leg strength so it isn't so damn easy to push him out of the post.
    And some coordination.

Not at all, I think it's fine if you want to believe the Blazers have a chance to come back. Why would I care if someone else still has enthusiasm? I just get tired of these rah-rah thought police trying to fling crap at people for their views about the team. My comment was in response to another poster who insulted another because he gave up hope on winning the series.

Some games LaMarcus gets the ball, and spins to the hoop and gets nice shots or gets fouled, and some games, he get's the ball and just stands there for a few seconds, and all he does is the turn around fade-away. Every once in awhile, he'll be on fire with that shot and we sing his praises, but in the long run you're not going to hit a good % on that shot.
