Deadline is reporting that former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre will star in a remake of Kickboxer alongside Dave Bautista and Alain Moussi. The film is to be directed by Stephen Fung. St-Pierre has previously appeared in three B action films with Hector Echavarria and recently made his blockbuster debut in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. St-Pierre has previously expressed his admiration for Van Damme (not yet attached) and fellow action star Arnold Schwarzenegger.
