I don't know... Brown doesn't like coaching young players, and that team is filled with them. He's not exactly the best guy at developing talent... he's more of a guy that will squeeze every ounce of productivity out of veteran players. Charlotte is better off keeping Bickerstaff or hiring a coach with a history of developing young players.

Charlotte is not a good fit for Larry Brown, I hope he doesn't get the job there. He doesn't like young players, that team is full of young players excluding Othella Harrington and Brevin Knight. Adam Morrison would be in his doghouse. Brown is WAY too structured and "his way or nothing" for young guys. If LB gets a job somewhere it should be a veteran team.

Also, Charlotte doesn't have that bad of a coach in Bickerstaff. After Brown's seasons with the Knicks, I dont know why any GM with a team consisting of mainly young guys would want to have Brown as their head coach.

I like the job bickerstaff has done. two years of being the gm and the coach would be hard, and he's really made the team tough on defense. they're scrappy and will always play hard, partly as a result of bickerstaff being the coach.

How can Larry Brown even THINK of going to Charolette? It's not a bad franchise in need of a quick turnaround that he can then ditch after two seasons...Larry Brown is overrated.

I think Larry Brown would be a good coach for the Charlotte Bobcats. Sure he doesn't traditionally play younger talent, but coming onto this team he would have no choice but to play the young players on the team. He has always been known for trying to teah people to "play the right way," and he would have a good chance to teach this team that. He has a young pass first point guard in Raymon Felton that Brown would fall in love with, and have a very good time coaching him. He has a big man that can block shots and control the paint on defense much the same way Ben Wallace did in Detroit, the big difference is that Okafor is much better on offense than Ben Wallace and will help them control the paint on both sides of the ball. He has a good perimeter defensive player in Gerald Wallace, much like the Pistons had in Charlotte. I really think that this would be a very good team for Larry Brown to coach.

I think he wouldn't fit there. You saw what he does with the Knicks he just can't interact with a team FULL of young players and the Bobcats average is like 24. I say stay with Bickerstaff. Also LB style won't fit in.

Larry Brown has his money, I wouldn't let that scum bag coach my team. I wish he would just go away and the rumors to stop.

The Bobcats are going in the right direction, There's no need to take a step back. Larry Brown isn't a coach built for the long run.
