I think the Magic's biggest neglect is Keith Bogans. I really like him as a player and think he could contribute with more minutes. Maybe give Dooling 3 or 4 less minutes, and Bogans 3 or 4 more minutes a game.

For Boston, it's without question Gerald Green. This kid has star potential and Doc is sitting him behind Tony Allen (who gets more turnovers and missed layups than my 2 year old brother) and Brian Scalabrine (Scal actually played well last night, but thats it). You can't do that. Doc gives Allen and Scal a combined total of about 25-30 minutes a night. Gerald had been getting 7-8, but he needs about 15+. He is going to be a player, and with the way we are playing - why not develope the kid? He's NEVER going to learn by sitting on the bench and doing well in practice, he has to get floor time. Kareem said the same thing about Andrew Bynum, and he's absolutely right. Look at him now, people thought he'd rot on the bench again - he's been awesome. Gerald Green, given minutes, would do the same thing.
