Totally fun dumb summer monster flick. Great visuals, good story, unexpected ending. Two thumbs up!

Does Godzilla get a job as an accountant at the end? That would be unexpected.

Absolutely terrible plot, awful acting/script, but worth the price of admission just due to how they pulled off the scale of the monster fights. Also, I would highly recommend this in 3d as it definitely was well implemented.

THERE WILL BE MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW THE UPCOMING PARAGRAPH
I saw it in IMAX 3D on Thursday night and in the end, I was disappointed. It's not boring and it's way better than the Matthews Broderick one but overall, it didn't make much of an impression. One thing that made it weird is.... BIG SPOILERS BELOW...

Sanctum is the way to go if you're looking for a visual 3-D movie experience.

I agree completely with you guys, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit. This version of Godzilla could have been a classic if it had all come together, but I'm definitely satisfied.
