Did anyone claim it as a legitimate source, accurate, or shit their pants because of it?

I'm just wondering why it was posted at all. Clearly that Twitter account has even less inside knowledge than some posters here. I assume it was posted to stir the pot and to feed the pant-shitting mentality. :dunno:

So if it had more posts it would increase its likeliness of having inside knowledge?

Exactly. Houston just needed a scapegoat that wasn't named Jones for the Game 1 loss. I enjoyed it immensely.

Back to the topic at hand.... Next summer we only have Nic, and Crabbe with guaranteed contracts. Robinson, Lillard, McCollum and Leonard are all team options. Claver and Barton can be restricted free agents. Basic Sallary commitment I would estimate at about 30mil. Lets be conservative and say we have 30 mill in cap space, Lamarcus' cap hold will eat about 20 mill or so, leaving 10 mill to play with and about 6 roster spots to fill, including replacements for Lopez and Matthews, or if we keep their rights and choose to re-sign them we will be over the cap by 8 mill or so.

Does that scenario, and the supposed question about LA, change what we do this offseason? If we use full MLE this summer and simply sign Mo to the Non-bird for even 2 years we have no caproom left, unless we renounce everyone including Lamarcus, then we have space but not enough to fill all the holes.

We either have to make a ceremonial gesture to Lamarcus this summer by going all in on MLE, BAE, trades, or we choose to go all in on Lillard and trade Lamarcus for younger pieces that are more in Lillards window.
