Goes to the Sox? Are you kidding me? Oh and they are snake bit too in case anyone missed that gem. Napoli, Middlebrooks, Doubront and Victorino on the 15 day DL Ortiz and Bogaerts are DTD Compared to: Pineda, CC, Kelly and Beltran 15 day DL Nova out for the season Cervelli 60 day DL Roberts DTD Now if you want to see injury plagued, look at the Rangers and Nationals.
I thought ESPN Boston micro site was supposed to be where they part all the partisan articles...but it constantly leaks into all their coverages. Sure they have key injuries, but so do the Yanks and Nat's. But the Rangers are truly decimated with the loss of Fielder. Compared to Victorino, its a joke.
Watching the Tigers-Rangers game yesterday, they noted, 17 Ranger Players have been on the DL so far this year. With 16 currently on the DL, which equates to 78 million dollars of talent sitting on the DL.....now they got serious issues, yet still beat Porcello, go figure....
Bet the Detroit Tigers didn't think that Texas has injuries this past series. Coke Boy Washingtons' Team beat the hell out of the Tigers again.
And the Tigers looked pitiful loosing to Texas on top of it. The pre-game hype was atrocious. (Buck's words): "Porcello: hasn't lost a game in his last 7 outings, and has walked but one batter in those previous 7 (prior to yesterdays game). "Kinsler, Miggy and Vic hitting the hell out of the ball" hyped by Buck and Verducci. Miggy hitting .396 in the last 17 games (prior the yesterday), returning the monkier as "the best hitter in baseball", what a hype of shit. the best part of the game, was simply the old classic Uni's....For the best team in MLB, one they've missed what, 7 games due to weather. For having a solid 1-3 SP's, they looked sick, for being labeled the best team in MLB, they looked pitiful. No one would of guessed Texas had all those players on the DL. Yet, I lost all respect for Texas, not so much the team, as the GM Daniels, after the Ryan altercation temper tantrum thrown by Daniels. When Daniels is relegated to the Minor's maybe then, I can watch a Texas game in peace.
