I hate to be negative here, but I think we might be done. After such a horrible loss it is hard to recover. I am not sure anymore about this team. It has a making of a great collapse.
You don't hate to be negative. Most of this board is negative, so you fit right in 09. If you went the other way you would standout. Up 3-2 in the ECF going home with a chance to clinch, and the line is I think we might be done. LOVE IT!!!
The team played a horrible game and yet were still in it, which speaks volumes about MTL. I fully expect this team to come out Thursday and end this at home. Stop with the panicking BS people it gets obnoxious after a full year of hockey, this team has been written off in every series and yet is in the ECF up 3-2. This team will come out much better in game 6 that much is certain, AV is not torts and will make the adjustments that are needed.
The Rangers know that if they drop game six at home it's going to be very difficult for them to win a game seven in Montreal. It's time to end this thing.
I would've signed up in an instant for a 3-2 lead in this series. I thought going in they'd have to win the last two.
It's sports so you can always be hopeful but I didn't see this team winning three straight in Montreal. I'm more confident going into game six because frankly I don't think the Rangers have played a solid home game yet in this series.

They should have confidence since they're a win away from forcing a game seven. That being said the Rangers haven't played all that well since game 1 and are still up 3-2 in the series.
umm...didn't the Rangers have a stinker vs the Flyers...didn't the Rangers get shutout twice against the Pens...this series is not over. hell the Habs gave up 7 goals in the first game and didn't quit. DONT YOU QUIT ON THE TEAM EITHER!
Well then dont be negative. Last nights game was a complete shit show for BOTH teams. MTL won but really they proved even in their better games they give up way to much. The Rangers played an abysmal game and still push MTL to the breaking point. I love hearing silence in that arena, and side note Canadian fans throwing garbage onto the ice/ players in deplorable and shameful, the league should fine the organization for that act of class.
