Randy Wittman, Wizards agree The Washington Wizards have agreed to a new contract extension with coach Randy Wittman, a league source told ESPN.com's Jeff Goodman. The two-year deal, which begins in July, also includes a team option for a third year, a source said. The move was expected. ESPN.com reported May 16, after Washington's second-round playoff elimination by the Indiana Pacers, that "all signs point" to Wittman receiving a new deal following Washington's 44 wins and a first-round upset of the Chicago Bulls.
