I call BS on that! I learned from this forum that racism is a thing of the past and doesn't occur anymore. This couldn't have happened.
Having white people supervise black people in a cotton plant in the south is never a good idea. Let's hope the supervisor is fired.
He wrote the blueprints with the blood of black slaves. This incident at the cotton plant really is an outrage, and I hope the person subjected to this humiliation is compensated, while the white guy gets fired.
Same reason all black supervisors tend to be racist. Because all people are racist. It's a genetically-ingrained defense mechanism, and without it mankind would have died off thousands of years ago. The only NOTICEABLY racist supervisor I ever had was in my stint at the USPS. He happened to be black. Easily the most hateful, racist person I've ever met, openly proud of it, and an excellent example of how Affirmative Action has damaged our government's effectiveness by giving important positions to people who are totally unqualified for the job.
