available for game 4, don't know how they came up with 6 if it were another team i think it would have been 5 or less
honestly i think the suspension is BS. yea he made contact with the ref but it wasn't in a effort to hurt the ref, he was just all hyped up, wanted to fight a MTL the ref grabbed him aggressively and he tried to break free. It was like a human reaction when your body is filled with adrenaline, but i guess the suspension was shortened because theres a rule where if you make contact with a ref unintentional it goes from 10 games to 5, i dont know where they got 6. But it is what it is.
Have to be in control no matter the situation. Have to protect the weak, had to protect Willie, code red or no code red Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
There are three catagories, with 3, 10, and 20 game minimum suspensions. They reduced his from category II to category I, but gave him more that the minimum 3 games because they thought it was more serious than just trying to get away from the official... Have to protect the officials at all costs IMO, but that linesman owes Carcillio an apology the next time they meet for manhandling him without even calling a penalty on him. I'm sure most of you guys skate, but for those who don't, its generally OK to resist a bit with the linesmen (but not elbow them) during a scrum, unless you are called for a penalty, then you have to leave the ice right away or they get pretty pissy about it...
