I usually do too. Tacos all over the place and 2 In-n-Outs within 3 miles of me.

    Lucky you :)

I work, then I workout. Altogether, I spend about 13 hours of my day working. The last thing I want to do is cook. So...my nutrition suffers.

I like to cook, but I hate to clean up after a long day of work. So I eat out a lot.

Key is as much as you can, clean while you cook. Instead of cutting one thing while another cooks, get everything cut, laid out, whatever before you start, then while you, day, sauté onions until translucent, you wash the prep items or whatever.

I dunno about crockpots. My experience with crockpots is that it has a tendency to turn out soggy and dry.

    Almost never.

Since you cook weekends, cook quantity and freeze individual servings. Take out of freezer night before & heat in microwave or on stove. Saves you a bundle.

Mostly weekends. Cooking my food during the week for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

But weekends are when we break up the monotony of always staying 'in'.
