http://podcast.radiocaravan.com/2013/jake-call.mp3 1. Jake O'Donell was always a dickhead. 2. This whole "Schonley wasn't a homer like Wheeler" thing can just stop now. 3. Antonio Harvey isn't the worst analyst in Blazers history by a long shot. 4. Bitching about the TV replay guys is eternal.
Homer? No that was back in the day when you could call an official on his SHIT. Notice that rarely happens in today's NBA. A MF can't even say: "I believe the officiating was subpar this evening" BANG $10K fine.
Don't regret the thread because it was a nice clip. Do regret what you wrote in it though. No biggie really.
Yeah that it what I regret. Also I regret taking the five minutes to cut the clip and put it online for you. I really just regret this whole exercise. Something is wrong with me, I think. I really felt like I had something to say, but I really didn't. Like my brain has basically stopped working. I used to be much smarter, you know.
You are questioning everything you always took for granted. You are going backward in time, getting younger and less certain. Bob Dylan wrote this, and The Byrds sang it, just for you.
Who didn't? I was literally a genius if you care about IQ tests. Getting old and sniffing bondo dust for years has put me on the road to being spoon fed gerber peas by age 50.
That's impossible. I was never more certain than when I was younger. Being older means being less certain, entertaining the notion that someone else might be right.
Yeah yeah, so was I. Didn't everyone have a 130 IQ in 4th grade? I swear those tests were just to make you feel special.
Well this sucks. I looked at several versions till I found one that showed the complex lyrics of "My Back Pages," which was loved in the psychedelic era and heavily played on radio until the 80s. But embedded here, the lyrics don't show on top of the picture. Click on YouTube and it takes you to the video version with lyrics.
