He cant stop 40 foot shots anymore. Get the next game and see what happens. This kings team has the biggest luck I have ever seen. Cant they ever get unlucky bounce? 3 straight OT wins. Unbelievable.

Does not matter, Al. Come up with the save. I am not getting on Hank but he needs to be better. We scored 4 goals. We should win those games.

It's not on Hank at all. The Rangers just commit blunder after blunder after blunder. 2-0 lead with things going great and what happens. Richards with an abortion of a cross ice pass in his own end makes it 2-1. Then when still up 4-3 it was Mcdonaugh's turn to screw up and the score ends up 4-4. This Kings team is good enough and has made enough comebacks without the nightly help the Rangers are giving them.

And that is on the heels of Stepan's awful TO that allowed the Kings to make it 2-1 before the 1st period ended in game 1, that goal changed that game IMO. AND then Girardi's awful TO that gave the Kings a great chance to win in OT, and they cashed in.

    Not much else to say.

Yes the PP's are even at 8 through two games, but continuing to mention the refs hurting the Kings is not right Pasta. Yes we have gotten some calls, but the refs have done a solid job for both teams. Each team has 8 PP's as mentioned. Yes they missed a call or two on us and the Kings, but it isn't fair to say the Kings have gotten the short end of the stick in this series IMO.

what does having the same amount of PP's even mean?

i don't know how u or anyone else could post that i am nothing but a fair minded poster when it comes to officiaiting, when the rangers benefit from a blown call i'm the first to post about it.

how any REAL rangers fan could say the rangers have NOT been mostly on the wrong end of them raises some serious doubt on how you percieve the game in general

Well Pasta I will say what I said last night.

You and a few other posters complain about the refs EVERY SINGLE GAME. Not some of the games...EVERY SINGLE GAME.

    So what that means is:

    A) the refs and the league hate the Rangers so we get bad calls EVERY SINGLE GAME.
    OR (the more logical answer)
    B) you and some of the other posters in here wear bright Ranger colored glasses and see what you want to see.

To me the answer is pretty simple. BUT I am sure you and the others will go with A and say EVERY SINGLE GAME we get the short end of the calls. EVERY SINGLE GAME...LOL.

now that is a response that i would expect from a child!

good refs are not even talked about in a game, which game of late has that happened?

Yes, I am a child for pointing out the fact of it. Your response is what I would expect from you Pasta.

FACT: you guys compain about the refs every game. EVERY SINGLE GAME.

So what I said is 100% accurate and the truth Pasta. You just don't like to hear it...LOL.

Either the refs stink for the Rangers EVERY SINGLE GAME, or you guys are way over the top. Can only be one answer Pasta.

Or C...two very questionable calls that did not go the rangers why were DIRECT results of LA goals. Not power play goals...direct goals. The hook/interference on strahlman that allowed the tying goal in game one and the goalie interference. Im not asking for a penalty in situation #2 they ref has an option to wave off a goal base on incidential contact with a goalie. Just sucks how earlier thw rangers get a goalie interference penalty. ..yet not the same on a direct goal..really..no reason to complain I guess.

Fair enough Al. All I know is there are a group of guys in here who literally complain about the refs every game. So I guess that group must think the refs and league hate the Rangers. That is cool, maybe they do.

And BTW...AGAIN...we have FOUR 2 goal leads Al...FOUR and blew every single one of them. We had THREE 2 goal leads last night and blew every single one of them. We still had the lead after the missed GI call.

Our team has been an unforced TO machine in two games. Those led directly to 6 King goals.

But F that, I will get on the refs for two missed calls in your opinion.

Okay, fair enough. We agree to disagree. All good bro.

We will continue this at a later point...I have stupid leaves to rake...and this is what is good about a mesaage board, I am all for the back and forth. I know there is mutual respect between me and you chuck as with others. I will say this....yes blowing the leads has nothing to do with the refs. I get that. And no I am not blaming the refs for the losses..they are human. Huge times to have a questionable call or non call when you have called it earlier in the game. Thats all.

And that is fair Al. You said the magic words. We cannot blame the refs for the L's in games 1 & 2. That is my point. Despite the MAYBE 1 or 2 questionable calls, and we got some calls in our favor also, we still had PLENTY of chances to win either or both of these games. And we still made plenty of sloppy plays which hurt us way more than refs IMO.

    Mutual respect for sure.
